Analyzing your hydration

And finally, don’t forget to check how you are doing with your hydration.  Remember that you want to be hitting your hydration targets by drinking enough water and other drinks.  And ideally you want to keep your caffeine and alcohol intake to a minimum.  Review your performance in the same way you look at your eating timings.  If you are missing your targets then try splitting your hydration goals into smaller chunks or setting an alarm to remind you to drink a glass of water every two hours or so.
