Why should I use EWTK?

The App and book are centered on the proven principles of portion control, calorie tracking and behavior change for healthy, sustainable weight loss. We believe — and medical studies prove — that the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to simply eat what your body needs by keeping track of the foods you eat. Gimmicky machines and fad diets don't work, so we designed a free mobile app that make understanding your calories and food tracking easy. 

Our App offers a number of unique features, such as daily calorie and macro-nutrient targets, pictures of food portions tailored to user's goals, daily food tracking, and progress charts. There are also features to enable a user to edit goals, join our community activities, connect activity trackers, access coaches, and do much, much more.

EWTK was founded to help real people wanting to achieve real weight loss, without the unsustainable gimmicks, fad diets, restrictive foods, on-site meetings, or large price tags of other weight-loss companies. By delivering an easy, convenient, personalized program, Weightless10 empowers people to discover and embrace life-changing habits that help them achieve healthier lives and reach their weight-loss goals, regardless of age or lifestyle. Since 2017, our revolutionary new approach has helped thousands of members shed weight by using our personalized, visual weight-loss App.

What is the EatWell ToolKit?

The EatWell ToolKit is a company committed to providing you with simple and effective tools to help you with your weight management journey.  We provide two main products:

  • An App available on Apple iPhones, Google Android devices and your desktop

  • A book available for purchase through Amazon

We also offer a number of free services to help you on your weight management journey, such as: free monthly meal plans, a free macrosheet to capture your eating habits, and a supportive online community.

What is unique about your App?

The EatWell App is designed to help you with all aspects of weight management.  It includes a number of unique features such as: a food database with over 1.2 million foods and nutritional analysis, serving size reference pictures, a calorie / macro target calculator, a meal planner to optimize ingredients to meet your macro goals, diet planner and batch cooking functionality, a food diary with detailed analysis of your intake and much more... you can check out our features page to see for yourself.

How accurate is the data?

We have used many products which do not have accurate calories or macros and so getting accurate data was one of the main reasons we wanted to start EWTK. Our food scientists collect nutritional food data using a variety of government, commercial and academic sources and calculate the appropriate average data to be uploaded onto our platform. We analyze portions in multiples of 25 calories which we have found is accurate enough to cover most food sizing and meal ingredients.

... and what about the book?

Our book, The Simple Science of Eating Well, is designed to help people understand the science behind eating well and provides a more in depth review of food nutrition and implementing a routine for healthy eating.  It is designed to support the App but you can easily use either the App or the book by themselves.

Do the App and book work?

Yes!  It sounds counter intuitive, but our end goal is to train you to understand the calories in food so you don't need our App! You are not going to have your scales to hand or access to nutritional labels everytime you go out, so we want to help you start to recognize and "guess-timate" calories in the food you eat. The EWTK App provides users with daily calorie and macro-nutrient targets, personalized pictures of their food portions tailored to their goals, nutritional data and food intake tracking. Through a process of monitoring the food you eat and using our progress analysis and charts, you will learn the right kind of eating habits to help achieve your goals.
